avatar for Kia CoquozKia Coquoz (1)

Kia Coquoz is the founder and owner of TeaJoy Daily Devotionals. Growing up in Colorado, passion was always a driving force in Kia’s life. In her early years, that was a passion for dance, drinking tea, and serving at her church in the children’s ministry. After graduating high school, Kia decided to go to Bible College and went on to receive a degree in Biblical Studies. She was blessed to do a lot of mission work and to do a semester in Europe. She found this passion for missions and bringing joy to people. Kia was ready to jump onto the mission field as soon as she graduated college, but the Lord had other plans for her. Soon after graduating college, she began dancing professionally with a Christian dance company based in Colorado. During that season the Lord blessed her incredibly with using her passion for His Word and for dance to bring joy to people and shine His light all over Colorado and the Mid-West. During that time Kia met her incredible husband, Jordan, and right at the beginning of Covid, they got married. A year into marriage, Jordan and Kia decided to move to Connecticut so Jordan could pursue a Masters’s degree. While living in Connecticut, something that started as a daydream had blossomed into this wonderful combination of God’s Word, and tea that brings me so much joy. Her hope and prayer is that her company, TeaJoy Daily Devotionals, will bring people closer to the Lord and bring them so much joy and peace.

avatar for Tamara WannerTamara Wanner (1)

Tamara Wanner’s love affair with books began in Grade One. She pursued English as her major at the University of Saskatchewan and was torn between journalism or education. Her love of children won out. Now retired, her career touched the lives of students from kindergarten to Grade Twelve by inspiring others to write. She crafted plays to bring out her students’ talents. Easter and Christmas programs in her church benefitted from her writing as well.

Tamara Wanner once thought her legacy would end with her but the Creator had a far different idea. She won her husband’s wedding band two years before they met. They waited nine years to be parents. She often wondered why her story didn’t sound like the books she’s read. Yet the legacy she’s received is full of compassion and grace for those whose pages have been blotted with tears over miscarriage and infertility. Her writing walks alongside those who want to re-image their legacy by pointing them back to the One who created them.
